Exclusively located on our higher floors, the Grand Deluxe King Room features impressive views of Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood. Studio King

The spacious Studio King Room coalesce form and function with ample floor space, an inset closet with built in storage and hanging space, and an industrial marble desk ideal for longer stays and business travelers. The signature Deluxe Corner Room offers dual exposure windows that boast sweeping city views of Downtown Manhattan. Grand Corner King

The Grand Corner King Room is the largest standard room, and is exclusively located on our higher floors. Featuring a king bed, custom linens and cashmere throw, the Grand Corner King has enough room for a loveseat at the foot of the bed to enjoy the stunning SoHo views. Custom furnishings include an industrial marble desk with engraved cast iron legs, weave-covered walls adorned with vintage sconces and ombre Roman sheers that add a softness to custom millwork. Deluxe One Bedroom Suite

This exquisite sixteenth floor Deluxe One Bedroom Suite spans 470 – 500 square feet, and features a master bedroom with king bed, separate living area, stunning views of Manhattan and a personal bar. Located on the suites-only sixteenth floor, the Deluxe One Bedroom Suite can comfortably sleep four guests. Design elements were inspired by SoHo's early industrial heritage, creating a theatrical balance of tactile velvets, solid steel fixtures, and fine-grained leather furnishings. Dual exposure windows draw in plenty of natural sunlight, while bedside charge ports, electronic blackout shades and a Samsung Smart TV with streaming capabilities epitomize modern convenience. The bathroom features black subway tile, a soaking tub and a Saul Steinberg-designed cityscape wallpaper.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite spans 800 square feet, and features a master bedroom with king bed, separate living area, dual-exposure windows, stunning views of Manhattan and a personal wet bar. Located on the suites-only sixteenth floor, the Grand Suite can comfortably sleep four guests, with the option of adding a second bedroom to accommodate two more. Bringing together vintage rugs, European wide plank flooring, and original photography from the Howard Greenberg gallery, the design is a theatrical balance of industrial marble, cast iron fixtures, and cognac leather furnishings. “Target” tables are inspired by Jasper Johns and the coffee table is made from recycled newspapers and magazines. Terrace Suite

The Terrace Suite features stunning terraces with unobstructed views of Manhattan that span from the World Trade Center to the Empire State Building. A master bedroom with king bed and workspace, separate living room with sofa, and dining table are bathed in natural sunlight from dual exposure windows and steel terrace doors. The Suites continue the narrative of Soho and its rich history, blending design elements from the mid-century to late Seventies. The Grand Terrace Suite offers 700 square feet of living space, with a stunning 450 square foot terrace that overlooks the quaint SoHo neighborhood. Loft South

This breathtaking Downtown Penthouse spans 1,500 square feet of craftsman interiors with a 1,200 square foot outdoor terrace. Featuring two bedrooms, an open plan living room for entertaining or lounging, and a full-service cocktail bar. This Penthouse Suite pays homage to SoHo's 1970's artist lofts without sacrificing the finest of modern amenities and technology. Loft South is outfitted with Premium high-speed WiFi, smart Samsung television and Tivoli clock radio.

Distinct in design, Loft South features elected ebonized hardwood, exposed concrete, and marble surfaces that are handsomely juxtaposed with silk drapery, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fine-grain Italian leathers. Loft North

Evocative of SoHo's spacious artist lofts of the 1970s, this 17th floor, two-bedroom, 1,600 square foot luxury penthouse is a modern urban oasis in which New York's cultural legacy is apparent in even the smallest details. Weathered accents like oak floors create a homelike comfort, balanced by industrial-inspired furnishings. From the original 1950's photography provided by Howard Greenberg Gallery, to the custom wallpaper adorning the deluxe bathroom by legendary New Yorker illustrator Saul Steinberg, Loft North draws upon the creative energy of downtown Manhattan's most iconic district in an environment that is yet indulgently serene.

The floor plan consists of two bedrooms and a separate living room that leads out onto a 1,200 square foot terrace with stylish furniture and panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A full-service wet bar, a Martin Guitar, Yamaha upright piano and freestanding soaking tub.

24-Hour Fitness Center

The 24-hour fitness room is located on the third floor, offering wellness equipment by Techno Gym, plus a balcony that accommodates stretching or yoga with a neighborhood view.

Express Check-Out

Check-out time is 12 noon, but guests in a rush can order an express check-out through the television or guest room phone. Using the television, choose the Hotel Services option from the main menu and follow the prompts for express check-out. Using the phone, dial extension 3516. At the tone, please leave your name and room number, and you will be automatically checked out. You may leave the key in the room on your way out, and a copy of your bill will be mailed to the address we have on file.

Pet-Friendly

Pet Accommodation & Amenities Pet friendly accommodations are available at no additional charge. Soho Grand reserves these accommodations on pet-friendly floors for those traveling with fury friends. The hotel offers everything a pampered pet needs; organic treats from Bocce's Bakery, bedding, food and water bowls and doggy bags. Treat your pet to these amenities by simply contacting us prior to your arrival, and we will ensure your furry friend never has to lift a paw. Soho Grand Dog Park Sure to set tails wagging, our dedicated dog run is open to hotel guests—complete with fire hydrant water stations, bespoke benches, and garden design by Rebecca Cole. Soho Grand's Dog Park is open seven days a week from sunrise to sunset. Please note that our Dog Park will be closed for renovations from March through the beginning of Fall. Our flashy aquatic friends have been a part of the Soho Grand team to welcome guests since the day our doors. To make your stay more enjoyable, one of our goldfish team members can accompany you for the duration of your visit. We'd be happy to provide a goldfish for your guestroom at your request at no extra cost.

Valet Parking

Convenient valet parking is available and can accommodate cars, SUVs and trucks. For 24 hours cost is $65 for cars and $75 for SUVS. In and out privileges are not available. Please allow 30 minutes to retrieve your auto.

Fitness Center

There are only 24 hours in a day, but New Yorkers always find time to work out, even if it's at 3 a.m. The 24-hour fitness center, also located on the 3rd floor, provides a variety of exercise equipment that includes treadmills, stair climbers, exercise bikes, and free weights. An outdoor balcony just off the fitness room offers a fresh breeze for catching breath.

Meeting & Conference Facilities

All Soho Grand dining spaces are available for private events, including Grand Bar & Lounge, Grand Lounge, and The Yard. Additionally, the multi-functional Harbor Room and Chart Room are available to accommodate a variety of set-ups for larger receptions and corporate meetings.

Soho Grand's outdoor venues range from The Courtyard to the award-winning Penthouse Lofts, renowned for their sleek décor and wraparound terraces with panoramic Manhattan views—ideal for weddings, private dinners, and summer cocktail parties.

CLUB ROOM

With a sophisticated, residential feel, Soho’s Club Room is a perfect mix of old world and new, melding downtown style and old New York gentility. By day, the Club Room is reserved for hotel guests only to savor a leisurely coffee with a copy of their favorite newspaper; and by evening, transforms into a private den offering a list of carefully curated cocktails by Natasha David and Jeremy Oertel, and share plates of locally sourced cuisine. DJs and live jazz/soul performances are scheduled throughout the week.

The Club Room’s permanent art collection features photographs by renowned fashion photographer Terry O’Neill, best recognized for his candid documentation of the celebrities and fashion styles of the 1960s. His unguarded approach set him apart from his peers, and the selection of photographs for the Club Room showcases icons from ages past mounted on bronze metal.

GILLIGAN'S

Summery as a clambake, Gilligan’s is SoHo’s salve for the warmer months of New York. Open May through late September, the expansive outdoor space brings a taste of the tropics to Downtown Manhattan.
With tropical décor and an island-vibe food and drink menu, Gilligan’s is known for its ingredient-driven dishes, including seafood sourced from the best farms and fishermen on Long Island, with signature pizzas coming from the kitchen’s stone oven. The famed Frozen Watermelon Margarita is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, along with a refreshing selection of rosés and beers.
 

GRAND BAR & LOUNGE

The Grand Bar & Lounge is a throwback to the way bars used to be. With nods to industrial SoHo, the gold-polished marble top oak bar and embossed leather bar stools with nail-head detailing are a high, dignified perch to nurse an Old-Fashioned. The chandeliers were inspired by the New York Public Library, while woven leather banquettes offer a more intimate hangout along the soaring windows and terrazzo floors with nickel strips. It’s a fine place to try something new, with a selection of 50 rare American Whiskeys and carefully crafted cocktails by mixologists Natasha David and Jeremy Oertel. When hunger calls, Grand Bar serves a full menu of locally sourced fare for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
