Directions from Munich International Airport:
From the Airport follow the A92 towards Munich. At the highway crossing with the A9 follow the A9 again towards Munich. When entering the city follow the signs towards the city center and the “Hauptbahnhof”. The hotel is just 100m from the main entrance to the Hauptbahnhof on Bayerstr. 12.
From Nuremberg via the A9:
Drive to the end of the motorway and follow signs to Stadtzentrum/Hauptbahnhof (Citycentre/Main station). At the end of Ungererstrasse, turn left into Leopoldstrasse, which becomes the Ludwigstrasse at the Siegestor (Victory Gate). Follow this as far as Odeonsplatz and turn
right. At the second set of traffic lights (about 300m) turn left. In front of the Justizpalast (Palace of Justice), turn left. After about 200m, turn right into Bayerstrasse.
From Salzburg via the A8:
Continue along Rosenheimer Strasse. When you reach the city centre, turn left in front of the Isartor (Isar Gate) into Frauenstrasse becomes Blumenstasse and later Sonnenstrasse. At Karlsplatz, turn left into Bayerstrasse.
From Stuttgart via the A8:
Drive to the end of the motorway (Obermenzing), follow Verdistrasse, which becomes Amalienburgstrasse, later Menzinger Strasse and finally Notburgastrasse. Just after
Romanplatz, turn left into Arnulfstrasse. After a few kilometers, just beyond the main station (you will see it on the right-hand side), turn right. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right again into Bayerstrasse.
From Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Lindau via the A95 or A96:
A95: At the end of the motorway turn left into Garmischer Strasse.
A96: Keep right at the end of the motorway and then turn right into Garmischer Strasse.
Follow Garmischer Strasse. Just after Trappentreutunnel, turn right into Landsberger Strasse. In Martin-Greif-Strasse keep left and turn left into Schwanthalerstrasse. At the second junction, turn left into Paul-Heyse-Strasse. At the next junction turn right into Bayerstrasse. To reach the
Sofitel Munich Bayerpost turn at the next set of traffic lights.
