Deep sea fishing in the Turks and Caicos provides anglers with a world class opportunity to land the ‘big one’. Guides choose the day’s spot based on wind, weather, tidal patterns and their own local knowledge. This activity is open to a maximum of four people.
The Provo Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course situated in Providenciales and named one of the Caribbean’s Top Ten golf courses by Golf magazine. The course is conveniently located just past Leeward dock and arrangements can be made with Guest Services for transportation to and from Parrot Cay to Providenciales.

Tennis is available at our two Omni surface tennis courts on a complimentary basis. Contact Guest Services for equipment, night play or a tennis partner (if required). Reservations are not required as courts are available on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are looking to improve your game, a ball machine is available for rent by the hour. The Playmate Ace is the perfect companion for a beginner trying to improve their skills or for an advanced player looking for a good workout.

Catamarans and windsurf boards are available complimentary at the Water Sports hut located at the end of the boardwalk on the main beach. The Recreation team provides brief complimentary instruction to even the most novice of beachgoers so that they may enjoy the use of this equipment safely.
Lessons:
For a more hands-on approach to learning, Parrot Cay offer private one-hour instruction in sailing or windsurfing.
Sailing Excursions:
For the slightly more experienced sailor, two trips are offered. Excursions are about two hours (tide and wind dependent) and include refreshments of water, choice of soda and fruits.
